(57) An introduction device (1) for the percutaneous introduction of drainage tubes, in particular thoracic drainage tubes, comprising : - a main body (90), which comprises a grip portion (91) adapted to be gripped by a hand of an operator, and a proximal portion (92) provided with an internal longitudinal cavity (94); - a terminal tubular element (14), which is extended longitudinally and distally from the proximal portion (92) of the main body (90); - a longitudinally extended percussion element (11), which comprises a distal end (89) to which a cutting blade (9) is fixed and which can slide within the terminal tubular element (14) between a retracted position, in which the cutting blade (9) is included within the terminal tubular element (14), and an extracted position, in which the cutting blade (9) protrudes at least partially from the terminal tubular element (14); a tubular introducer (4) which forms inside it a through duct and can be configured in a coupled cutting configuration, in which the tubular introducer (4) is fitted on the terminal tubular element (14), and in an uncoupled configuration, in which the tubular introducer (4) and the terminal tubular element (14) are uncoupled, so that the through duct of the tubular introducer (4) is free for the passage of a drainage tube; the tubular introducer (4) is extractable from the terminal tubular element (14) in order to pass from the coupled cutting configuration to the uncoupled configuration.
