Provide public skills research on the management of inventions of employees, trainees and trainees.

2 - Works of visual arts and music: what protective and defense mechanisms by the intellectual property system

Goals

Provide actors in the image and skills sound field to better protect and defend their creations.

Educational objectives

Participants must be capable of training:

  • To know the different protection tools that exist for works of visual arts and music;
  • Identify the appropriate protection tool for their creations;
  • To know the rights and obligations of the various actors of the image and sound professions (creator, employee author, producer, supplier, etc.).
  • To identify the different types of contracts attached to image law.

Communication agencies, production houses, broadcasting organizations, journalists, communicators, content providers.
