The special patent register contains the changes in the legal life of the title. Registration is done with the payment of a tax. The request must contain:
- A form in 04 copies with all the identity of the applicant;
- A private power power;
- A copy of the legally valid instrument and constituting the act which is the subject of the registration request, except in the event of a change of address;
- The supporting document for payment of the relative tax.
