From April 7 to managers of the National Liaison Structures (SNL) with the OAPI of the 17 member states meet with the General Management in Bissau (Guinea Bissau ), as part of their 24th annual consultation meeting .
This annual meeting was instituted by the OAPI board of directors to allow to create and strengthen a synergy of actions in order to promote intellectual property in the member states.
SNLs are a kind of OAPI relay to users of the organizational services at the level of states.
