A march to celebrate women!

To mark International Women's Day 2025, OAPI launched its commemorative activities this Saturday, March 1st, with an energetic and supportive walk through the streets of Yaoundé! ‍♀️ For this 40th edition in Cameroon, the OAPI's home country, the March 8th celebration has the theme "For all women and girls: rights, equality and empowerment".

Whether passionate about sports or simply wanting to spend a friendly moment, the movement brought together many women from various administrations, companies and organizations, but also men and even younger people who came to support the initiative.

At the forefront, alongside the Minister for the Promotion of Women and the Family, Marie-Thérèse Abena ONDOA, stood the Director General of OAPI, Denis BOHOUSSOU, and the Deputy Director General, Mondésir OUALOU PANOUALA . ✨Because together we go further, thank you to all those who joined us!

The following activities include practical painting and household product making workshops on Thursday, March 6th, and a conference on Friday, March 7th, with the topic of discussion being "mental health in the workplace".
