Registration in the Special Register

The special patent register contains changes in the legal status of the patent. Registration is subject to a fee. The application must include:

• A form in 04 copies with the applicant's full identity details;                    
• A power of attorney under private signature;                    
• A copy of the legally valid instrument constituting the act that is the subject of the registration application, except in the case of a change of address;
• The supporting document for payment of the relevant tax.
