From 7 to 9, the heads of the National Liaison Structures (NLS) with OAPI from the 17 member states are meeting with the Directorate General in Bissau (Guinea Bissau ), as part of their 24th annual consultation meeting .
This annual meeting was established by the OAPI Board of Directors to create and strengthen a synergy of actions to promote intellectual property in member states.
The SNLs are a kind of relay for OAPI with users of the Organization's services at the State level.
