On Wednesday, May 28, 2026, the Director General of the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI), Denis Bohoussou, granted an audience to His Excellency Mr. Anthony Minko Milamé, High Commissioner of the Gabonese Republic to Cameroon.
This meeting, part of a courtesy visit, testifies to the quality of relations between Gabon and the sub-regional institution. It provided an opportunity for the two officials to exchange views, in a warm and friendly atmosphere, on prospects for strengthening cooperation between Gabon and OAPI, particularly in the strategic area of intellectual property.
The discussions highlighted a shared desire to strengthen existing ties and explore new opportunities for collaboration, for the benefit of economic development and innovation within the OAPI region, and more specifically in Gabon.
